All our hardware is designed for the long-haul, and we want your investment in Crowcon solutions to stand the test of time.

That’s why we are committed to supporting users of models which have been replaced in the product line-up with spares, servicing and technical advice as long as possible. However, after a prolonged period, as hardware technology evolves to become safer and more reliable, support for outdated models eventually ceases.

My product is no longer supported. What now?

Below is a full list of all obsolete products, alongside their current equivalent/replacement product (where applicable). If you have a specific query regarding a product, your local distributor or Area Sales Manager will be able to advise of current support status.

Current

New sales of product possible and spares readily available

Obsolete

Product can no longer be purchased, spares available for 5-7 years from date of obsolescence

Unsupported

Product can no longer be purchased, spares no longer available after any current stocks run out
